| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无偿献血者献血前后血液流变学的改变。方法检测献血者献血前后血流变数值，并进行对比分析。结果无偿献血者献血后的血流变各项指标中，血浆粘度值、红细胞变形指数的差异无显著性（P〉0.05）；红细胞压积的差异有显著性（P〈0.05）；全血粘度值等12项指标的差异均有显著性（P〈0.01）。结论献血对献血者的血流变有直接影响，提示健康适龄公民定期适量献血可降低血液粘度。

| Abstract: | Objective To study hemorheological changes in blood donors. Methods The hemorheological parameters in blood donors before and after blood donation were measured and analyzed with statistical methods. The hemorheological parameters before and after blood donation were compared. Results The results indicated that there were no significant differences in plasma viscosity and erythrocyte deformability （P〉 0. 05）. Hematocrit decreased after donation. There was significant difference in hematocrit （P〈 0. 05）. The other 12 parameters after donation were appearently changed （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Blood donation has a direct effect on the hemorheology in blood donors . Periodical appropriate blood donation can lower the blood viscosity in healthy proper people. |
