子午线轮胎建模及驻波仿真研究

摘    要:利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件构建卡罗拉轿车的普利司通195/60R15型子午线轮胎仿真模型,同时与构建的底盘测功机转鼓装配,模拟轮胎在转鼓上高速旋转。通过测试仿真轮胎模型上参照点的弹性恢复时间和角度,推算轮胎临界速度。仿真实验结果表明,构建的子午线轮胎的仿真模型能够代替实际轮胎,子午线轮胎仿真模型与实际轮胎的临界速度基本相同。

Abstract:We constructed the simulation model of BRIDGESTONE 195/60 R15 tire for Corolla by ABAQUS software, meanwhile assembled together the automotive chassis dynamometers, in order to sim- ulate tires high speed rotation on the drum. We tested time and angle of elasticity resuming of reference mark for the simulation tire model so that calculate the critical speed of tire. The simulation experiment in- dicated that simulation model of tire can replace actual radial one and both critical speed was almost equal.
