铜基非晶合金双层药型罩射流形成及侵彻性能

摘    要:为了研究Cu基非晶合金Cu45Zr43Al4Ag8双层聚能药型罩的射流成型和侵彻能力,以等壁厚的单层铜药型罩和Cu-BMGs药型罩作为对比,分别选用铝、钛、聚乙烯和PTFE/Al材料作为外罩,Cu基非晶合金作为内罩,利用AUTODYN软件建立二维有限元模型,模拟了Cu基非晶合金双层聚能药型罩的射流成型、拉伸及侵彻过程,对比分析了各组药型罩射流的成型特点、稳定性和侵彻性能。通过仿真得到4种双层聚能药型罩射流成型后射流头部速度介于Cu-BMGs药型罩和铜药型罩之间,其中聚乙烯为外罩时,射流头部速度最高,侵彻深度最大,但射流稳定性最差;铝为外罩时,射流长度最长,射流稳定性最好;PTFE/Al为外罩时,开孔直径最大,但侵彻深度最小,与Cu-BMGs药型罩的相当。铝、钛、聚乙烯和PTFE/Al为外罩时,Cu基非晶合金双层药型罩的射流对纯铁靶侵彻深度分别为104、103、111、91.5 mm,开孔直径分别为12.5、20、18.8、45 mm,综合考虑侵彻深度和侵彻孔径,聚乙烯、PTFE/Al作为外罩时,Cu基非晶合金双层聚能药型罩的侵彻性能优于铝、钛作为外罩时的侵彻性能。

Jet Formation and Penetration Performance of a Cu-based Amorphous Alloy Double-Layer Charge Liner

Abstract:In order to research the jet formation and penetration ability of Cu-based amorphous alloy(Cu45Zr43Al4Ag8)double-layer shaped charge liners,a two-dimensional finite element model was established in AUTODYN.The liners′out layer were made from aluminum,titanium,polyethylene and PTFE/Al materials respectively,while the material of their inner layers was a Cu-based amorphous alloy.Meanwhile,a single-layer copper charge liner and a Cu-based amorphous alloy charge liner with the same wall thickness were taken as a reference.The jet forming,stretching and penetration process of the Cu-based amorphous alloy double-layer charge liners was simulated,and the jet formation chara-cteristics,stability and penetration performance of each charge liner were compared and analyzed.Through simulation,it is obtained that the jet tip velocities of four Cu-based amorphous alloy double-layer shaped charge liners after jet formation were between those of the Cu-BMGs charge liner and the copper charge liner.Among them,the jet tip velocity was the highest and the penetration depth was the biggest but the jet stability was the worst when polyethylene was used as the material for the outer liner.When aluminum is the material for the outer liner,the jet length was the longest and the jet stability was the best.When PTFE/Al was used as the outer liner,the penetration hole diameter was the largest but the penetration depth was the smallest,which was equivalent to that of the Cu-BMGs charge liner.When aluminum,titanium,polyethylene and PTFE/Al are used as the materials for the outer liner respectively,the resulting jet penetration depths of the Cu-based amorphous alloy double-layer shaped charge liners against a pure iron target were 104,103,111 and 91.5 mm,and the opening diameters were 12.5,20,18.8 and 45 mm.Considering penetration depth and hole diameter,the penetration performance of Cu-based amorphous alloy double-layer shaped charge liners is better than those with aluminum and titanium as outer liner materials when polyethylene and PTFE/Al were used as outer liner materials.
