熊果苷和甘草黄酮对B16黑素瘤细胞株黑素合成的影响

摘    要:目的比较观察甘草黄酮、熊果苷对体外培养的B16鼠黑素瘤细胞黑素合成的影响。方法选择系列浓度梯度的药物作用于B16黑素瘤细胞株,测定细胞酪氨酸酶活性、黑素含量和细胞增殖率变化。结果在实验浓度时,甘草黄酮具有浓度依赖性黑素合成抑制作用,与熊果苷比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论两种化合物均显示有抑制黑素生成的作用,存在一定细胞毒性。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of arbutin and glabridin on tyrosinase activity and melanogenesis in cultured B16 routine melanoma cells.Methods Different concentrations of them were incubated with B16 murine melanoma cells, after that tyrosinase activity,melanin content and the rate of proliferation of melanoma cells were measured respectively.
