抗日战争时期国民党政府的黄金政策研究

抗日战争时期国民党政府的黄金政策基本上分两个阶段，前期主要是黄金国有政策，后期为抛售黄金政策。国民党政府黄金政策的目的是充实法币发行准备和收回法币，稳定币值，平抑物价。但是，从其实施的情况来看，初期的效果不明显，后期抛售黄金更是造成了恶劣的影响。其关犍是国民党政府在出售黄金和吸收法币的同时又大量发行法币，最终导致国民党政府的黄金政策对抑制通货膨胀的失效。

Study on gold policy of Guomindang(GMD) government in the period of the war of resistance against Japan

In the period of the war of resistance against Japan,the GMD government had two different polcies.In the first time,the policy was to own gold by state while in the second time the policy turned to selling gold in great quantities.The result of the implementation of the first time's policy was not worth mentioning.The purpose of the second time's policy was to replenish reserves of banknotes,retrieve banknotes,stabilize currency value and control prices stabilize.However,the result of selling gold in large scale was worse and worse.The key point was the central bank issuing banknotes in great amount as it was selling great amount of gold to retrieve banknofes,so making its gold policy inefficacious to control inflation.
