摘    要:在建立往复压缩机曲轴连杆机构力学模型的基础上,利用传统动力学分析方法,研究了曲轴的受力情况。并用MATLAB计算得到曲轴工作循环过程中所受动载荷的变化规律。确定了其工作循环中的危险点。然后利用有限元法模拟危险工况处曲轴载荷的加载,得到曲轴的静强度和静刚度特性。并确定了其应力和变形状态。研究结果确保了零件的安全性和可靠性,并对曲轴的优化设计有较高的参考价值。

Abstract:Basing on establishing the mechanical model of crankshaft and connecting rod mechanism in Reciprocating compressor, this paper researched the forces of the crankshaft using trditional dynamics analysis method and calculated the changing regularity of crankshaft dynamic load and dangerous point with MATLAB. After that, the FEM method was used to simulate the crankshaft load, determining the state of stress and deformation and the state of static strength and stiffness. The research results ensure the safety and reliability of the part and has a high research value for optimization of crankshaft.
