| 摘 要： | 鉴于海上某小断块油藏A17-b井区油藏单元剩余可采储量大，地层能量低，孤立性强，难以完善井区注采井网开发的开发状况，采用油田外输天然气回注，开展单井注天然气吞吐工艺措施，这是最为可行的提高采收率方法之一。文中针对海上某小断块油藏的地质开发特征，在对目前油井地层流体进行相态分析的基础上，通过天然气注入油藏流体膨胀实验，确定天然气吞吐的驱替机理；通过天然气吞吐长岩心驱替实验，说明衰竭后注天然气吞吐能有效提高原油采出程度，其中带30°倾角岩芯测试结果更优。
