虚拟电容式传感器检测系统的设计与应用

摘    要:结合虚拟仪器和电容式传感器测量技术,设计了一种虚拟电容式传感器检测系统。介绍了该系统的各个组成部分,包括电容式传感器的结构设计、检测电路的参数设置、在LabVIEW开发环境下虚拟仪器平台的构建等。最后,将系统应用于金属位移及膏布药层厚度的检测,给出了实验方案,取到了令人满意的效果。

Abstract:Combining the technologies of virtual instrument and measurement based on capacitive sensor, a measuring system with virtual capacitive sensor is developed. Designing the structure of capacitive sensor, setting parameters of measuring circuit and using the development environment of LabVIEW to construct the virtual instrument platform are mainly introduced. In the end, the system is used to measure displacement of metal and thickness of plaster, the experimental methods are given, and the results are satisfied.
