通窍健步汤对急性脑梗塞气虚血瘀证患者临床疗效观察及对超敏C反应蛋白、过氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛的影响

目的:观察通窍健步汤对急性脑梗塞患者临床疗效及对血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。方法:选取80例急性脑梗塞患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,对照组采用常规西医治疗加安慰汤剂,治疗组采用常规西医治疗加通窍健步汤,疗程14d;于治疗前后进行中医症状积分评分,并测定血浆hs-CRP、MDA、SOD含量,总结疾病临床疗效。结果:治疗组治疗后血浆hs-CRP下降,血清MDA值下降,血清SOD值上升,中医症状积分下降,与对照组比较疗效差异有统计学意义(P0.05或0.01)。结论:在急性脑梗死早期服用通窍健步汤有利于减轻炎症反应,清除自由基,提高机体的抗氧化能力,改善症状,对急性脑梗塞患者具有显著辅助治疗作用。

Effects of Tongqiao Jianbu decoction on acute cerebral infarction patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis clinical curative observation and the hs-CRP, SOD, MDA

Objective: Observation of Tongqiao Jianbu decoction on patients with acute cerebral infarction and its effect on hs-CRP,MDA,SOD effect.Methods: 80 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group,the control group with routine western medicine basic treatment plus comfort decoction,treatment group in the control group on the basis of Tongqiao Jianbu decoction plus clothing,courses of 14d;before and after the treatment of TCM symptom score score,and the determination of plasma hs-CRP,MDA,SOD content summary of disease,clinical efficacy.Results: After treatment in treatment group decreased plasma hs-CRP,serum MDA decreased,serum SOD values rise,TCM symptom score decreased,compared with the control group,there were statistically significant differences in efficacy(P<0.05 或 0.01).Conclusion: In the early stage of acute cerebral infarction treated with Jianbu Decoction taking helps reduce the inflammatory response,scavenging free radicals,enhance the body’s antioxidant capacity,improve symptoms,in patients with acute cerebral infarction has significant role for adjuvant treatment.
