| Abstract: | Based on the status of the financial supporting and management of the Armed Police Hydropower Troops for executing emergency rescue， the process， method and the main principles to be followed during the execution of the financial supporting for executing emergency rescue are put forward herein. The study result can provide references for the personnel engaged in the financial supporting and management for executing the engineering emergency rescue concerned. |
