发动机半主动控制液力悬置动特性仿真研究

摘    要:发动机悬置是隔离发动机振动向驾驶室和基础传递的隔振元件,其设计的优劣直接影响汽车的乘坐舒适性.笔者基于流体力学理论,研究发动机液力悬置惯性通道内阻尼力,对液力悬置建立力学模型和数学模型,进行动特性仿真,从流体力学的角度分析液力悬置的结构参数和液力参数对其动态特性的影响.进行液力悬置的台架试验,确定较可行的惯性通道半主动控制式液力悬置的控制律,从而在较宽的频带内,达到良好的隔振效果.

Abstract:Engine mount is the isolator isolating vibration transmitted to operator cabin and foundation. The design quality for the mount has direct influence on comfort of riding in a car. This paper studies on damping force in inertia channel of engine hydraulic mount based on fluid mechanics theory, the mathematics model and mechanics model of hydraulic mount is present. The dynamic response of the hydraulic mount is simulated, and the influence on its dynamic performance by structure parameters and hydraulic parameters of the mount is analyzed detailed from fluid mechanics angle. From the analysis of force transmissibility of the mount, a control law of semi - active control hydraulic mount is introduced, and a better effect of isolating vibration is achieved in a wide band.
