煤矿井下水平定向钻进钻具组合的选择与优化

摘    要: 煤矿井下近水平定向钻进技术在解决采煤瓦斯、掘进涌水以及地质异常体等方面,为煤矿的高效开采起到直接的促进作用。本文分析了煤矿井下近水平定向钻进的主要影响因素,阐述了稳定组合钻具和螺杆钻具的性能和应用状况,在对这两种定向钻进常用的钻具组合优缺点进行分析对比的基础上,提出井下定向钻进的最佳组合和发展趋势。可作为煤矿井下采用定向钻进技术,优选钻具组合提供依据。

Selection and Optimization of Drilling Tools Assembly on HDD in Coal Mine
Abstract:Under solving gas extraction, water gushing when tunneling and geological anomalous body, the horizontal directional drilling in coal mine has played a promoting role for high-efficient coal mining. Firstly,this paper analyzes the main factors of the horizontal directional drilling in the underground coal mine, and then elaborates the performance and application condition of assembly drilling tools and screw drill tools, at last, on the base of analysing advantages and disadvantages of bottom hole assembly which is used by these two kinds of horizontal directional drilling, refers to best combination and development trends. The conclusions in this paper can be the basis for optimization of bottom hole assembly on horizontal directional drilling.
