| 摘 要： | 何学红教授总结前人经验并结合自己多年临床实践,认为肾小球性血尿的病机为下焦肾及膀胱脉络受火热熏着、迫血妄行、血不循经、血随尿出或阴虚火旺、虚火灼伤膀胱脉络,或气血虚弱导致气不摄血、血溢脉外随尿而出。何师认为,肾小球性血尿可以分为湿热内蕴、气机郁滞、瘀血内阻证、阴虚内热、脾肾气阴两虚5个基本证型,并在临床上根据病机的侧重及兼证,辨证施治,辨病结合,随症加减,灵活用药,取得了较好的临床疗效。
