摘    要:在空冷式发电厂中,风机群布置在A-型翅片管束冷凝单元下面。为了揭示风机旋转气流对空冷单元内气流分布特性的影响,建立了风机及空冷单元的物理模型和数学模型,对空冷岛及其风机的流场进行了数值模拟,分析了空冷岛夏季工况出力不足的原因,并提出加装消旋格珊的改进措施,为空冷岛设计和改进提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Draft fan group is deployed under A-type finned tube bundles condensate unit in air-cooling power plant.To reveal the impact of rotating fan air flow on distribution feature inside the air-cooling unit,physical model and math model is set up for draft fan and air-cooling unit to make numerical simulation on air-cooling island and draft fan flow field.Also analysis is made on the inefficient output of summer working condition in side the air-cooling island,and proposals for adding despun grids are put forward,providing references for the design and improvement for air-cooling island.
