烷基甜菜碱为相转移催化剂的氧化脱硫研究

摘    要:以烷基甜菜碱为相转移催化剂,过氧化氢为氧化剂,在乳液体系下对成品汽油和催化裂化汽油进行催化氧化深度脱硫。考察了十六烷基甜菜碱和十八烷基甜菜碱的性能,以及催化剂的用量、氧化剂的用量、乳液制备时的转速和反应时间对脱硫效果的影响。结果显示,成品汽油的w(硫)可以降到38/μg/g,脱硫率为84%,催化裂化汽油的例(硫)可以降到36μg/g,脱硫率为88.4%。

Abstract:Refined gasoline and catalytically cracked gasoline were deep desulfurized in emulsion system with catalytic oxidation method.The 1-hexadecanaminium and 1-octadecanaminium were used as phase transfer catalyst,and hydrogen peroxide was used as oxidant.The effects of catalyst to gasoline ratio,oxidant to gasoline ratio,and the agitation speed and time in emulsion preparation on the desulfurization were investigated.The results showed that the sulphur content can reduce to 38 μg/g(desulfurization ratio 84.0%)and 36 μg/g(desulfurization ratio 88.4%)for refined gasoline and catalytically cracked gasoline,respectively.
