摘    要:目的探讨加味玉屏风散在60Coγ射线所致小鼠免疫损伤中的作用机制。方法将60只健康小鼠随机分为空白对照组、照射对照组、加味玉屏风散低剂量组、加味玉屏风散中剂量组及加味玉屏风散高剂量组,60Coγ射线照射剂量为5 Gy;检测5组的脾指数、胸腺指数、吞噬百分率、吞噬指数及淋巴细胞转化率。结果加味玉屏风散低、中、高剂量组的脾指数、胸腺指数、吞噬百分率、吞噬指数、淋巴细胞转化率均高于照射对照组。结论加味玉屏风散可预防60Coγ射线所致小鼠的免疫损伤。

Abstract:Objective It is to approach the mechanism of Jiaweiyupingfengsan(JYPF) on mice with immunity damaged by 60Co γ ray.Methods Sixty mice were randomly divided into blank control group,irradiating control group,low dose of JYPF group,middle dose of JYPF group and high dose of JYPF group.The exposure dose of 60Co γ ray was 5 Gy.Spleen index,thymus index,phagotrophic percentage,phagotrophic index and lymphocyte conversion ratio in the five groups were detected.Results Spleen index,thymus index,phagotrophic percentage,phagotrophic index and lymphocyte conversion ratio in low,middle and high doses of JYPF groups were all higher than those in irradiating control group.Conclusion JYPF can prevent immunity damaged by 60Co γ ray in mice.
