我国发展分布式能源的对策解析

摘    要:分布式能源具有节能减排、高效环保和安全可靠的特点,是对传统集中式能源结构的一种有效补充.大力发展分布式能源,是当前科学用能的最佳方式和最有效利用途径,将对我国加快能源结构调整,顺利实现国家“十二五”节能减排目标有着重要的促进意义.本文着重介绍并分析了国外分布式能源发展现状和经验,根据我国实际现状,分别从政策、规划、标准以及技术等多层面进行解析,并提出促进我国分布式能源发展的对策.

Abstract:As an effective complement to the traditional centralized energy, Distributed energy has many characteristics, such as energy saving, efficient, environmentally friendly, safe and reliable. Greatly developing distributed energy was important for China to speed up the energy structure adjustment and achieve National 12th Five-Year energy-saving emis- sion reduction targets. This paper introduced and analyzed foreign experience in the development of distributed energy, suggest corresponding development countermeasures from many aspects like policy, standards, techniques and plans under the present situation in China.
