装备试验鉴定数字化转型需求分析

摘    要:随着武器装备试验鉴定在武器装备研制过程中作用地位越来越重要,必将会在理念、方法与组织等方面呈现出新的特点,做好新时期武器装备试验鉴定工作研究空前紧迫。通过对试验鉴定、数字化、数字化转型等内涵的研究,进一步加深了对装备试验鉴定数字化转型的理解。从装备试验鉴定呈现的实战化、一体化、多样化、周期化的四个特点角度出发,分析了实现数字化试验鉴定所存在的提高实战化水平需求、一体化试验鉴定需求、多样化试验任务需求、试验场试验需求等四种需求,并总结形成数字化试验能力、数字装备鉴定定型能力、试验鉴定数字化管理能力和构建数字试验场能力四种核心能力目标,为试验鉴定数字化转型的方向提供了理论参考。

Review of research on digital transformation construction of equipment test and appraisal
Abstract:With the increasingly important role of weapon equipment test and appraisal in the process of weapon equipment development, it is bound to present new characteristics in terms of concepts, methods, and organization. Therefore, it is unprecedented urgent to do a good job in the research of weapon equipment test and appraisal in the new era. Through the research on the connotation of test identification, digitization, and digital transformation, the understanding of the digital transformation of equipment test identification has been further deepened. From the perspective of the four characteristics of equipment test and identification: practicality, integration, diversification, and periodization, this paper analyzes the four requirements for achieving digital test and identification, including the requirements for improving the level of practicality, integration test and identification, diversification of test tasks, and laboratory testing. It summarizes the formation of digital test capabilities, digital equipment identification and finalization capabilities The four core competency goals of digital management capability and construction of digital testing grounds provide theoretical reference for the direction of digital transformation of test and qualification.
