| 摘 要： | 针对液化天然气(LNG)储罐在使用过程中,若发生内胆泄漏、真空完全或部分丧失、根部阀门泄漏等情况时,会导致储罐绝热效果降低,使得LNG大量气化从而引起储罐超压,最终导致事故发生。通过分析LNG储罐三种倒罐流程的原理,对比三种倒罐方法的优缺点,研究了LNG储罐的应急倒罐(罐车、罐箱)技术,并提出了具体措施。

| Abstract: | In the process of using LNG tank,if the tank leaks,the vacuum is completely or partially lost,and the root valve leaks,the insulation effect of the tank will be reduced,lots of LNG will be gasified,which will cause overpressure of the tank and finally lead to accidents.By analyzing the principle of three kinds of pouring process of LNG storage tank and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods,this paper studies the emergency pouring technology of LNG storage tank(tank car and tank box),and puts forward specific measures. |
