| 摘 要： | 玻璃生产用户具有用气不可随意中断、燃气热值要求稳定等特点。针对玻璃生产用户冬季气源供应大多采用液化天然气(LNG)进行调峰保供的现状,对LNG进行热值稳定性调节即可有效保障玻璃产品成品率。通过各类气源热值分析、气源互换性计算、气质调节安全性验证、气质调节工艺方法及流程分析,论证了玻璃生产用户LNG气质调节的可行性。

| Abstract: | Glass production users have the characteristics of gas consumption,which can’t be interrupted at will and the calorific value of gas is required to be stable.In view of the current situation that LNG is mostly used for peak load regulation and supply guarantee in winter,adjusting the thermal value stability of LNG can effectively guarantee the yield of glass products.Through the analysis of calorific value of various gas sources,calculation of gas source interchangeability,verification of gas quality regulation safety,analysis of gas quality regulation process and process,the feasibility of LNG gas quality regulation for glass production users is demonstrated. |
