块根主要营养成分对甘薯品种萌芽性的影响

选用１０个甘薯品种，对块根主要营养成分、块根萌芽习性进行分析，并用逐步回归数学模型分析块根营养成分对萌芽性的影响。结果表明，甘薯品种间块根营养成分含量差异很大，不同品种出苗时间及出苗期差异也很大。块根淀粉与干物质之间呈极显著正相关。甘薯块根萌芽性与干物质、淀粉、可溶性糖、维生素Ｃ等营养成分的含量都有关，其中对萌芽性影响最大的是淀粉，其次是干物质，可溶性糖及维生素Ｃ影响则较小。

Influence of Main Nutrients in Storage Root on Budding of Sweetpotato

Analysis of the main nutrients in the storage root and budding characters of 10 sweetpotato varieties showed that the nutrients contents,budding time and budding amount are quite different among different varieties.There is positive correlation between starch and dry matter in storage root.The budding characters are related to the contents of dry matter,starch,soluble sugar and vitamin C,with the first and second influcing factors being starch and dry matter respectively.The soluble sugar and vitamin C influence less on budding
