转子叶片三维实体建模与应力分析

摘    要:本文使用CAD软件CAXA建立三维转子叶片系统实体模型,将模型导入CAE软件Patran中进行有限元分析。在叶片顶端施加均匀剪切载荷,分析转子和叶片中的应力位移分布规律,结果表明各个叶片位移分布相同,顶端位移最大,mises应力和剪切应力则在叶片根部最大,mises应力和剪切应力沿叶片径向分布规律相同。所得结果可以为实验研究转子叶片系统提供数值参考。

Abstract:A three-dimensional rotor blade solid model is created through CAD software CAXA in this paper. The model is then transferred into the CAE software Patran for finite element analysis. Homogeneous distributed tangential force load is applied along the top part of the blades to analyze the stress and displacement distribution law. It is shown that the displacements of the blades are the same and the maximum value occurs on the top. For the mises and tangential stress with the same distribution law, the largest values occur at the foot of the blades. The results are believed to be useful for the experimental research on the rotor blade system as numeric references.
