电梅花针治疗青少年近视多中心临床观察

目的观察电梅花针治疗青少年近视的临床疗效。方法采用多中心随机三盲对照设计,对3个中心的青少年近视患者进行治疗观察。治疗组予电梅花针治疗,每次10分钟,10天为1疗程,共治疗2个疗程,两疗程间休息5天。对照组予托吡卡胺滴眼液治疗,每晚睡前1次,10天为1疗程,共治疗2个疗程,两疗程间休息5天。观察2组患者治疗前后视力、屈光度、角膜曲率、晶状体厚度、眼轴长度等变化。结果 3个中心共获得病例355例（705眼）。治疗组（178例,354眼）总有效率83.9%,对照组（177例,351眼）总有效率35.6%,二者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组晶状体前后径、睫状体厚度情况较治疗前明显改善（P〈0.01）;角膜曲率及眼轴长度较治疗前后无明显变化（P〉0.05）。结论电梅花针治疗可以纠正调节痉挛所造成的屈光不正,可以提高青少年近视患者的视力。

Electrical Plum-Blossom Needle treatment for juvenile myopia:a clinical multicenter study

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of electrical plum-blossom needle treatment for juvenile myopia.METHODS Randomly controlled trial had been employed.Blinding method： the executant,registrar and the estimator had been separated;Adolescent myopia patients in 3 centers had been observed.The treatment group was treated with electrical plum-blossom needle,each time 10 minutes,1 time a day,10 days as a therapeutic course,altogether 2 courses,5 days rest after the first therapeutic course.The control group was treated with tropicamide eye drops,one drop every night before going to bed,10 days as a therapeutic course,altogether 2 courses,5 days rest after the first therapeutic course.Before and after the treatment,visual acuity,diopter,corneal refractive power,axial length,lens thickness and ciliary body thickness were assessed and compared between the two groups.RESULTS Three hundred and fifty-five patients（705eyes）coming from the 3 centers were studied.The group that was treated with electrical plum-blossom needle（178 patients,354 eyes,83.9% effective rate）had a better effect than the control group（177 patients,351 eyes,effective rate： 35.6）.The difference was significant（P0.05）.On corneal refractive power and axis of eye,electrical plum-blossom needle had no effect（P0.05）.But diopter,lens thickness,ciliary body thick-ness had obviously amended after the electrical plum-blossom needle therapy（P0.05）.CONCLUSIONS Electrical plum-blossom needle treatment can improve visual acuity evidently and correct ametropia induced by spasm.
