| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨小儿腹股沟斜疝的手术治疗方法。方法:通过对44例小儿腹股沟斜疝应用腹壁小横切口行疝囊高位结扎术进行总结。结果:44例全部治愈,无1例出现术后并发症。结论:腹壁小横切口,疝囊高位结扎术适合于小儿腹股沟斜疝的手术治疗。
