| 摘 要： | 地方政府必须实行政务公开.政务公开是实践“三个代表”重要思想，坚持执政为民的需要；是适应WTO规则，深化行政体制改革，加大治腐力度，发展地方经济的需要.现就推行政务公开，优化政务环境，制定和完善行政审批制度，推行电子政务，为确保政务公开顺利推行应采取的对策等进行探索.

| Abstract: | Local governments must publicize their government affairs. The publicization of governments affairs meets the practice of the important thought of Three Represents and the need of serving the people. It suits the rules of WTO, and helps deepen the reform of administration system and fight against corruption so as to develop the local economy. This paper discusses ideas for publicizing the government affairs, improving their environment, making the system of examining and approving of administrative affairs, pursuing the eletrionic government affairs and succeeding in publicizing the government affairs. |
