| 摘 要： | 研究了以双季戊四醇和丙烯酸为原料合成双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯,考察了催化剂、阻聚剂的种类及其用量、溶剂用量、酸醇摩尔比等因素的影响,得到的最佳反应条件为:对甲苯磺酸4.0g,阻聚剂YD为1.6g,甲苯70ml,酸醇摩尔比7.2∶1,反应时间4h,双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯收率达71.4%。

Synthesis of dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate |

| Abstract: | A process for preparation of dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate by direct esterification from dipentaerythritol and acrylic acid was studied. The effects of the types and amount of catalysts and inhibitors, amount of solvent,molar ratio of acid to alcohol were investigated .The optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows:p toluene sulfonic acid 4.0 g ,inhibitor YD 1.6 g, toluene 70 ml,molar ratio of acid to alcohol 7.2∶1,reflux 4 h. The yield of dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate reached to 71.4%. |
