共产主义国家论

共产主义国家特征可以归结为＂高度发达的生产力＂以及被它决定的＂生产资料公有制＂、＂按劳分配＂＂、没有政府指挥的市场经济＂、＂只有一个主权和一个世界政府的全球国家＂和＂宪政民主＂。＂高度发达的生产力＂和＂没有政府指挥的市场经济＂意味着共产主义国家物质财富极大丰富,每个人的物质需要都可以得到充分满足,因而实现自己创造性潜能的劳动可能成为每个人的生活第一需要;＂公有制＂和＂按劳分配＂意味着共产主义国家消除了阶级与剥削,因而使国家的实然目的与应然目的完全一致：为每个人谋利益。＂只有一个主权和一个世界政府的全球国家＂意味着共产主义国家消除了战争和常备军,实现了世界大同;＂宪政民主＂意味着完全符合公正与人道以及平等和自由制度道德的理想国家之实现。

The features of communist countries can be summarized as ＂highly developed productivity＂,＂public ownership of means of production＂,＂distribution on the base of work＂,＂free market economy＂,＂a global country with one sovereignty and one government for the world＂,and ＂constitutional democracy＂.＂Highly developed productivity＂ and ＂free market economy＂ refer to the abundant material wealth of communist countries,and everyone＇s material needs can be met,and,resultingly,labor will become the first need of everybody to realize his/her potential.＂Public ownership of means of production＂ and ＂distribution on the base of work＂ mean that classes and exploitation have been eliminated in communist countries,and the practical purpose and original aim of these countries will be united into one,that is to gain benefits for everyone.＂A global country with only one sovereignty and one government for the world＂ means that wars and armies are eradicated in communist countries,while ＂constitutional democracy＂ means the realization of justice and humanity.
