摘    要:介绍了四线制引线Pt100电阻器用于实现多层地温测量传感器的具体设计方案,该方案主要包括AD采样电路、多路切换测量电路、牛顿迭代法计算温度值以及插管式结构设计,并进行算法验证和实际测量对比,经过验证,采用牛顿迭代法计算的温度与查表法得到的温度误差在0.015℃以内,实际测量与标准温度误差在0.2℃以内,该方案完全满足目前对地温测量的要求。

Abstract:4-wire lead Pt 100 resistor for realization of multi-layer ground temperature measurement sensor design scheme is introduced, the scheme includes AD sampling circuit, multi-channel switching measurement circuit, Newton iterative method to calculate temperature value and intubation type structure design, and algorithm verification and comparison of actual measurement, through verification, temperature calculated by Newton iterative method and temperature obtained by look-up table method, the temperature error is within 0. 015 ℃, the actual measurement and standard temperature error is within 0. 2 ℃, the scheme fully meet the ground temperature measurement requirements.
