转基因抗虫水稻矮秆突变体与其亲本子粒品质的比较分析

摘    要:对转cry1Ab基因抗虫水稻矮秆突变体与原亲本秀水11的稻米理化特性和关键营养成分进行了比较,发现在最高粘度,热浆粘度和冷胶粘度等RVA谱特征值上两者有显著差异,而在外观与碾磨品质性状、表观直链淀粉含量、胶稠度和淀粉粘滞特性的崩解值、消减值等淀粉食用品质方面基本相同,在粗蛋白、粗脂肪、灰分、矿物质和氨基酸等关键营养成分上也不存在显著差异,在蒸煮后的矮秆突变体米粒中未检测到cry1Ab杀虫蛋白。本研究表明该矮秆突变体的子粒品质性状未发生明显变化,是可以安全利用的新种质。

Abstract:Starch characteristics and key nutritional compositions in the grain of dwarf mutant derived from the transgenie rice with cry1Ab gene resistance to insect pests were compared with its original parent, Xiushuil 1. It is found that peak viscosity, hot paste viscosity, and cool paste viscosity of RVA profile are significantly different at 1% level between the dwarf mutant and its parent, but appearance quality and milling quality traits, apparent amylose content, gel consistence, and breakdown viscosity of RVA profile are similar, and no significant differences exist in contents of crude protein, crude fat, ash, amino acids, and mineral compositions. Furthermore, no Cry1Ab insecticidal protein is detected in cooked grain of the mutant. It is suggested that no notable change occur in the grain quality traits of the dwarf mutant, and that the dwarf mutant be utilized as a safe and new germplasm.
