维生素C对醋酸铅所致小鼠血中金属元素变化的干预作用

摘    要:目的探讨维生素C对铅中毒小鼠血中金属元素含量变化的影响。方法健康昆明种小鼠36只随机分为对照组、模型组与观察组各12只,对照组每日给予蒸馏水(10 ml.kg-1)灌胃;模型组每日1次给予醋酸铅溶液(浓度为6 g.L-1)60 mg.kg-1灌胃;观察组先给予醋酸铅溶液(用法同模型组),1 h后给予维生素C溶液(浓度为8 g.L-1)80 mg.kg-1,连续灌胃8 d后采血,用BS微量元素分析仪测定全血中金属元素的含量。结果模型组与对照组全血铅、铜、锌含量均有显著性差异(P均<0.01)。观察组与对照组相比全血铅、锌的含量有显著性差异(P均<0.05),全血铜无显著性差异(P>0.05)。模型组与观察组相比全血铅、铜、锌的含量亦均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。全血铁和血浆钙的含量各组间均无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。结论醋酸铅中毒可引起血锌下降和血铜升高,维生素C可使醋酸铅中毒时血锌下降程度及血铜升高程度减轻,维生素C可能具有拮抗铅的毒性作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of vitamin C on serum metallic element in poisoning mice induced by lead acetate exposition.Methods Thirty-six Kuiming-species healthy mice were randomly divided into three groups,control group,model group and observation group.The mouse in control group was lavaged by distilled water(10 ml·kg~(-1)),The mouse in the model group was lavaged by lead acetate 60 mg·kg~(-1)(6 g·L~(-1)).The mouse in obervation group was first treated as model group,then vitamin C solution(8 g·L~(-1)) was used by lavage(60 mg·kg~(-1)).Eight days later,the serum specimen were collected,and the levels of metallic element in serum were measured by BS trace element analysator.Results There were different remarkably in serum levels of lead,copper and zinc between model group and control group(P<0.01).There were different remarkably in the serum levels of lead and zinc between observation group and control group(P<0.05).There were different remarkably in levels of copper,lead and zinc between observation group and model group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lead poisoning may lead to a lower zinc level and a higher copper level in serum,while vitamin C may attenuate the degrees of decresing serum zinc and increasing serum copper,so vitamin C shows antagonisticaction to lead poisoning.
