摘    要:针对高速电主轴的耦合分析,考虑到结合面接触热阻和润滑剂黏温变化对其热态特性影响的同时,以轴承拟静力学模型描述了径向刚度函数,建立了一种高速电主轴热态特性与动力学特性耦合分析模型.分析了轴承离心力软化效应和热诱导预紧力硬化效应联合作用下的支撑刚度变化规律及其对主轴系统动力学性能的影响.仿真分析与实验结果验证了本文模型的有...
