新兵吸烟饮酒行为调查

目的研究新兵吸烟、饮酒行为状况、特点和主要原因,为实施有效的健康教育提供依据。方法采用《部队官兵吸烟饮酒调查问卷》,对某战区某年度新兵进行调查和分析。结果 96%的新兵知道吸烟、饮酒危害健康;13.2%的新兵自诉通过吸烟或饮酒减压;新兵吸烟率为45.0%,新兵饮酒率为48.3%;男性新兵吸烟率为46.7%,男性新兵饮酒率为49.3%,均明显低于男性士官;少量吸烟、经常吸烟的男性新兵比率分别为14.3%和11.0%,明显低于少量吸烟、经常吸烟的男性士官比率的22.0%和39.7%(P<0.001);经常饮酒的男性新兵比率为34.0%,明显高于经常饮酒的男性士官比率的9.8%(P<0.001);在酒类的偏好上,男性新兵偏好白酒,女性新兵偏好红酒,而男性士官偏好啤酒。结论对入伍新兵吸烟、饮酒状况应引起重视并加以控制,通过加强健康教育、心理疏导、监督管理,使新兵树立健康的交际观和正确的价值观。

Smoking and Drinking Status of Recruits

Objective To study the status,features and primary causes of smoking and drinking of the recruits,and supply reference for efficient health education.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the recruits in a certain military command.Results Among the recruits,96.3% knew the harm of smoking to health,96.6% knew the harm of drinking to health.And 13.2% smoked or drank to reduce the pressure.The smoking rate and the drinking rate was 45.0% and 48.3% respectively in the recruits,46.7% and 49.3% respectively in the male recruits,which were significantly lower than those of the non-commissioned officers.The rates of a small amount of smoking and frequent smoking in the male recruits was 14.3% and 11.0% respectively,significantly lower than those of the non-commissioned officers(22.0% and 39.7% respectively,P<0.001).In the male recruits 34.0% drank usually,which was higher than 9.8% of the non-commissioned officers(P<0.001).As for the drinking partiality,47.3% male recruits preferred baijiu,12.0% female recruits preferred port wine,and 31.1% male non-commissioned officers preferred beer.Conclusion The smoking and drinking status of the recruits should be highly valued and well controlled.Right views of social communication and values of the recruits should be constructed through heath education,psychological intervention,monitoring and management.
