口腔正畸加强支抗的方法及其应用

口腔正畸学中支抗的稳定具有非常重要的作用,是正畸治疗成败的关键。口腔正畸常用的加强支抗的方法有口外弓、"J"钩、横腭杆、Nance弓、Ⅱ类颌间牵引和第一、二磨牙双带环及微种植体支抗。其中微种植体支抗的材质、长度和直径、适应证、植入部位、植入成功的临床标准是重点内容。现就以上支抗的特点及其在临床的应用进行综述。
