新疆沙湾地区哈萨克族人群高血压干预效果评价

评价对沙湾县哈萨克族人群和高血压患者综合防治干预效果。开展各种方式的健康教育，对患者进行强化干预。干预后一般人群中高血压相关知识有不同程度的提高；高血压患者知识、态度和行为平均得分较干预前分别增加了0．3分，0．2分和0．2分；干预后高血压患者知晓率、治疗率、控制率分别提高了11．1％、9．0％、5．6％。哈萨克族高血压综合防治干预取得了初步的效果。

Evaluation of Health Education Effects among the Kazakh Residents in Community of Shawan Area

Evaluate the effects of prevention and treatment on the Kazakh residents and patients with hypertension in community of Shawan area. Developed health education to all residents in the communities, carried out intensive intervention to patients with hypertension. The level of knowledge of hypertensive residents and patients were improve after intervention ;the average score of knowledge, attitude and practice of hypertensive patients increased 0.3,0.2, 0.2 comparewith that before intervention ;The awareness, treatment and control rates increased 11,1% ,9.0% ,5.6% in hypertensive patients after intervention. Community-based comprehensive intervention on hypertension is feasible and effective.
