| 摘 要： | 电动挖掘机是矿山企业采矿的重要设备，其维修成本对矿山企业生产成本具有重要影响。然而矿山企业只是肤浅统计修理费用，没有认真评估过电动挖掘机维修成本，更没有建立其维修成本模型，寻找电动挖掘机维修成本的规律性。即使计算也常常认为电动挖掘机维修费用就是直接费用，忽视或不考虑间接费用，导致电动挖掘机维修成本评估不准确，

| Abstract: | The paper introduces design ideas of mathematical model for maintenance cost of electric excavator and its analysis system, and discusses modeling theory and cost analysis. Combining VB with Access database, a set of software system has been developed, which offers important method for mine enterprise to study maintenance cost and management for electric excavator. |
