累托石粘土印花糊料的研制与应用

Research on the Preparation and Application of the Printing Paste Based on Rectorite Clay

The rectorite,a natural nonmetal clay,was physically and chemicallymodified and composed in 6:1 ratio with alginate to prep.a new mixed paste which wasused for reactive dye printing.Clear profiles and bright colors were obtained,pollutantCOD value was decreased,and prodn.cost was lowered by 103,814 yuan per year withelectrisity saving of 5029 kwh.A new paste was found for the use in reactive dye printing onthe basis of the rectorite clay.
