基于Autodyn数值模拟的卡钻处理技术研究

摘    要:为了解决卡钻实际操作存在的问题,采用了理论分析与数值模拟相结合的方法。通过理论分析,以应力波原理为基础,研究了选择装药的形状以及装药的半径;采用Autodyn软件进行数值模拟。研究得出:选择半径60 mm、高150 cm的炸药,在距离钻头100 cm处安放,可以在钻机薄弱位置形成应力集中,进而使钻头与加重杆有效分离;选择合理安排药包药量和安装位置,产生冲击加载,可以在钻具薄弱部位形成应力集中,实现准确断裂。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of the actual operation of the stuck pipe,the method of combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation was adopted.Based on the theory of stress wave and the principle of stress wave,the shape of the selected charge and the radius of the charge were studied.Autodyn software was adapted to carry on numerical simulation,the research showed that stress concentration can be formed in the weak position of drilling rig by selecting explosives with a diameter of 60 mm and a height of 150 cm at a distance of 100 cm away from the drill bit,the stress concentration can be formed in the weak position of the drilling rig,so as to effectively separate the drill bit from the weighting rod.Selecting reasonable arrangement of dosage and installation position of the cartridge and producing shock loading can form stress concentration in the weak part of drilling tool and realize accurate fracture.
