煤矿安全生产瓦斯事故风险管理体系的典型示范应用

以开展重庆市煤矿事故风险管理工作为目标，选取南桐煤矿8大类主要煤矿事故中的瓦斯事故风险进行评估工作。建立了瓦斯事故风险评估小组，列出事故风险目录，用事故风险采集表采集瓦斯风险信息；计算事故风险损害后果和风险可能性，绘制事故风险矩阵图，得出煤矿瓦斯事故风险等级值；根据瓦斯事故风险评估的汇总结果，形成矿井事故风险动态监测机制，提出事故风险的管理标准、技术措施、管理措施和应急准备。该研究为重庆市煤矿瓦斯事故风险管理提供一个典型应用案例。

Typical demonstration application of coal mine gas production accident risk management system

This paper aimed to carry out the risk management of coal mine accidents in Chongqing and selected the risk of gas accidents in the eight major mine accidents of Nantong Coal Mine as the object of analysis，to assess the risk of gas accidents in coal mines.Firstly，a gas accident risk assessment team was set up to list the accident risk list，and the gas risk information is collected using the accident risk collection table.Secondly，the damage risk consequence and risk probability of the accident risk were calculated，the accident risk matrix was drawn，and the coal mine gas accident risk level was obtained.Thirdly，based on the summary results of coal mine gas accident risk assessment，a dynamic monitoring mechanism for dynamic accident risk was developed，and management standards，technical measures，management measures，and emergency preparations for accident risks were proposed；through this study，the risk management of coal mine gas accidents in Chongqing was conducted.Provide a typical application demonstration case.
