伴生放射性矿分类管控技术指标体系的研究

摘    要:针对目前伴生矿开发利用中的放射性环境管理体系不完善、管理评价标准不统一等问题,以氡及其子体浓度、放射性粉尘等因素产生的内外照射和以γ辐射剂量率产生的外照射为考虑对象,从而提出以氡及其子体浓度、放射性粉尘核素含量及γ辐射剂量率限值作为参数对辐射水平管控指标进行分类,针对采用豁免管理、不加限制、加以限制、禁止开采4类情况加以讨论,进而得出其相应情况下的分类管控指标的表达式。通过对伴生放射性矿的辐射水平管控指标下相应参数的研究,对了解环境污染现状、制定相应的管控措施、规范伴生放射性矿的开发利用并促进其健康发展有着较为重要的作用,可为后期制定较为科学合理并具有实用价值的管理制度、评价标准等提供理论依据。

Abstract:According to the imperfect unclear radioactive environmental management system in the development and uniformity standards in management evaluation of associated minerals,etc. In the development and application of mine associated with radionuclides,taking the internal and external irradiation caused by the concentration of radon and its daughters,radioactive dust and the external irradiation caused by the rate of gamma radiation dose as the consideration object,it was proposed that using the concentration of radon and its daughters,radioactive dust and the external irradiation caused by the rate of gamma radiation dose as the parameters to classify the radiation level control indicators.Four circumstances were studied seperatively,including exempted supervision,unrestricted exploitation,restricted exploitation and prohibited exploitation for mine supervision,and the expression of classification control index under corresponding circumstances was obtained.By studying the corresponding parameters of radiation level control index of mines associated with radionuclides,it can play an important role in standardizing the development and utilization of mines associated with radionuclides and promoting their healthy development.It also provides a theoretical basis for formulating a more scientific and reasonable management system and evaluation criteria with practical value in the later period.
