| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨初发脑卒中患者抑郁症的发生率及发生的相关因素。方法 采用抑郁量表评定抑郁症状 ,选择 16项指标作为可能影响抑郁症状发生的相关因素 ,对 136例初发脑卒中患者抑郁症状的发生率进行检测。结果 初发脑卒中患者抑郁症的发生率为 5 7 35 %。Logistic回归分析显示 ,内向不稳定性格、家庭的矛盾性、社会的支持、手的功能状况与脑卒中后抑郁症的发生有关。结论 脑卒中后抑郁症的发生率较高 ,且与躯体、心理、社会等多方面因素有关 ,故其防治应采取综合措施。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the depression incidence after stroke and its related factors. Methods 136 cases of first stroke were rated by using HAMD and analysed by electing 16 related factors which probably exerted an influence on the occurrence of depression symptoms. Results Incidence of depression after first stroke is about 57 35%. Logistic regression equation shows that the occurrence of depression after stroke is correlation with instabile introversion,family conflict,social support and hand function. Conclusions Incidence of depression after first stroke is high and related with physical,psychological and social factors. Therefore it should be taken synthetic measures to prevent and cure depression after stroke. |
