摘    要:简介了4起盛装混合气体的钢质无缝气瓶爆炸事故,通过调查分析,得出爆炸的原因:随着瓶体应力腐蚀裂纹的产生和不断扩展,瓶体剩余有效承载壁厚不足以承受内压而破裂。对盛装含二氧化碳混合气体气瓶的安全使用、管理提出了建议。

Abstract:Four explosion accidents of seamless steel cylinder are briefly introduced.The investigation and analysis conclude that the accidents origins from the stress-induced corrosion flaw and its continuous spreading,which leads to an insufficient residual effective thickness for enduring cylinder's inner pressure and then to the cylinder's rupture.Some suggestions are proposed for safe usage and management of the gas cylinder containing carbon dioxide gas mixtures.
