腹腔镜与传统开放性肾囊肿去顶术护理对照研究

目的　探讨腹腔镜与传统开放性肾囊肿去顶术的护理方法 ,提高护理的工作效率和质量。方法　通过对腹腔镜组和传统开放性组的心理护理、术前指导和术后的常规护理 ,术后离床活动、肠道功能恢复、体力恢复、平均住院天数、创伤痛苦等方面作了统计学处理和对比分析。结果　腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术与传统开放性肾囊肿去顶术比较 ,优点显著 ,是目前较先进的肾囊肿微创手术。结论　随着腹腔镜的广泛应用和推广 ,腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术具有创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短等优点 ,提高了护理工作效率 ,是保证护理质量的关键。

Comparison Study of Nursings for Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic or Conventional Renal Cyst Deroofing

Objective\ To compare the quality and efficiencies of nursings for patients undergoing laparoscopic or conventional renal cyst deroofing.Methods\ Both groups received psychological nursing, preoperation consoling and postoperational conventional nursing. The postoperational parameters including training activities, recovery of gastric functions, recovery of physical force, mean duration of hospital stay and suffering were compared and analyzed in both groups.Results\ Compared with conventional renal cyst deroofing,laparoscopic had great advantages,it was an advanced non-invasive surgery for renal cyst.Conclusion\ Laparoscopic is non-invasive,it greatly shortened the duration of hospitalization,greatly improving nursing efficiency and quality.
