| 摘 要： | 以杭州湾跨海大桥Ⅳ合同钢管桩沉桩施工为背景,介绍了钢管桩设计与制作、固定桩架打桩船的系统组成、钢管桩沉桩的工艺,并且对海上沉桩打桩锤及替打的选择、沉桩顺序的确定、沉桩测量定位及成桩检测等关键技术进行较深入的分析。

| Abstract: | Based on the steel pipe sinking construction under Contract IV for the sea-spanning bridge in Hangzhou Bay,this paper introduces the design and manufacturing of steel pipe piles,composition of the system of pile fixing/driving boats and the technology for steel pile sinking.It also makes an in-depth analysis of the other key technologies,e.g.selection of marine pile sinking/driving hammers and alternate driving,determination of pile sinking sequence,measurement positioning of sunken piles and testing of pile formation. |
