微波疗法与LEEP刀治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效对比观察

目的：比较微波疗法与LEEP刀治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法：选取2011年7月-2012年8月于本院进行治疗的92例宫颈糜烂患者为研究对象，将其根据随机数字表法分为A组（微波治疗组）和B组（LEEP刀组），每组46例，然后将两组患者中不同类型和严重程度者的治疗总有效率进行统计及比较。结果：B组中不同类型和严重程度者的治疗总有效率均明显高于A组（P〈0．05）.结论：LEEP刀在不同类型和严重程度宫颈糜烂中的疗效均优于微波疗法。

Observation on the Effect Comparison of Microwave Therapy and LEEP Knife in the Treatment of Cervical Erosion

Objective： To compare the effect comparison of microwave therapy and LEEP knife in the treatment of cervical erosion.Method： 92 patients with cervical erosion in our hospital from July 2011 to August 2012 were selected as research object, and they were divided into group A（ microwave therapy group ） and group B （ LEEP knife group ） with 46 cases in each group accordilag to the random number table, then the total effective rate of two groups with different types and severity were analyzed and compared.Result： The total effective rate of observation group with different types and severity were all higher than those of group A （ P〈0.05 ）, there were all significant differences.Conclusion： The effect comparison of LEEP knife in the treatment of cervical erosion are all better than those of microwave therapy.
