大橘皮汤颗粒剂治疗顽固性肝硬化腹水69例临床研究

目的　探讨大橘皮汤颗粒剂治疗顽固性肝硬化腹水的临床疗效及作用机制。方法　 69例顽固性肝硬化腹水患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 33例予大橘皮汤颗粒剂治疗 ,对照组 36例予常规方法治疗 ,观察2组临床疗效、尿量、大便次数、体重、腹围、血清醛固酮和尿钠变化情况。结果　治疗组临床总有效率 ( 90 .91% )明显优于对照组 ( 66.67% ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组治疗后尿量、大便次数、体重、腹围变化与对照组治疗后比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ;而治疗前后血清醛固酮和尿钠变化情况 2组比较均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　大橘皮汤颗粒剂治疗顽固性肝硬化腹水疗效确切。

Therapeutic effect of Dajupitang granules on 69 cases of intractable liver cirrhosis with ascites

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Dajupitang granules on intractable liver cirrhosis with ascites and to investigate its mechanism of action. Methods 69 patients with intractable liver cirrhosis with ascites were randomly divided into two groups.33 patients in treatment group were treated by Dajupitang granules;36 patients in control group were treated by routine therapy.The clinical effect, volume of urine,frequency of bowel movement,weight of body,abdominal perimeter, urinary sodium and serum aldosterone in both groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (90.91%) was significantly superior to that of control group(66.67%, P<0.05) ;there were significant differences in volume of urine, frequency of bowel movement,weight of body,abdominal perimeter between two groups (P<0.05) ;however there were no obvious differences in urinary sodium and serum aldosterone between two groups (P>0.05) .Conclusion Dajupitang granules is effective in treating intractable liver cirrhosis with ascites.
