| 摘 要： | 采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ），对７８例因人工流产后所引起的不孕症、１４０例非人工流产不孕症以及２８例正常已婚育龄妇女进行血清抗精子抗体检测。结果：人工流产后不孕组、非人工流产不孕组及正常组抗精子抗体的阳性率分别为３３．３３％，１５．７１％，３．５７％。人工流产后不孕组血清中抗精子抗体的阳性率显著高于非人工流产不孕组和正常已婚育龄妇女（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示：由人工流产后所引起的不孕症，在某些方面可能与免疫因素有关。子宫内膜的破损和炎症可能是抗精子抗体产生的一个重要诱因。

| Abstract: | Enzyme linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) were done to test serum antisperm antibody (AsAb) in 78 cases of infertility caused by induced abortion,140 cases of non induced abortion infertility and 28normal married women of child bearing age.The results showed that the positive rate were 33.33%, 15.71% and 3.57% respectively.The AsAb positive rate in the serum of those whose infertility was caused by induced abortion was significantly higher than that of those whose infertility was not caused by induced abortion and the normal group ( P <0.05).It is noted that certain factors of infertility caused by induced abortion may be related to immunity.The damage and inflammation in the endometrium may be the main incentive to the formation of antisperm antibody. |
