含镁添加剂用于铁矿球团的试验研究

摘    要:应用含镁添加剂,并配以膨润土,对铁矿球团进行了实验室试验。试验研究表明:添加轻烧白云石和镁砂对提高生球质量能起到一定的促进作用,而镁橄榄石的影响较小;随着添加剂用量的增加,三种球团矿的抗压强度均显著降低,其下降幅度由大到小依次为镁砂球团、轻烧白云石球团和镁橄榄石球团;适当提高焙烧温度,延长焙烧时间,有利于提高球团的抗压强度。另外,冶金性能研究也表明:随着添加剂用量的增加,球团还原度和软熔性能有一定提高,低温还原粉化和还原膨胀性能显著改善。
