| 摘 要： | 本文通过对POY丝动态热内应力的测试,着重研究了喷丝板质量及使用寿命对高速纺预取向丝内在质量的影响,并进一步提出了解决DTY整机性和随机性僵丝、毛丝问题的一些有效途径,对优化POY生产、提高其后加工性能有着重要意义。

| Abstract: | By the test and analysis of dynamic thermal internal stress of POY on the Dynafil-M made by Textechno Co. ,the influences of quality and durability of spinnerettes on the intrinsic quality of high speed spinning POY are studied, some effective way to eliminate the regular and random defects on the yarn like tight spot and broken ends are presented further.It has an important meaning for the optimation of POY's production and improvemnent of its post-processing performance. |
