| 摘 要： | 本法采用微波技术和高压聚四氟乙烯消化弹快速溶解鸡蛋样品.用平台石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法(GFAAS)测定铜,操作简单、快速,准确度、灵敏度高。方法的回收率在91.4％至99.0％之间。

| Abstract: | A method of rapid determination of copper in egg white and yolk was reported , in which samples were digested in PTFE closed-vessels with a microwave oven and copper was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) .It is safe, rapid , simple and has a high accuracy.
