严寒环境下大体积混凝土基础底板施工技术

摘    要:北京绿地中心工程大体积基础底板厚3.2m,局部厚度达9.1m,一次性浇筑混凝土超过1万m3。大体积混凝土浇筑期间,最低温度达-20℃。通过在混凝土配合比设计、防冰雪冻害、控制混凝土裂缝、生产组织等方面采取措施,确保了大体积混凝土基础底板的施工质量。

Abstract:Beijing Greenland Center project involves 3.2m thick massive concrete foundation mat, whose local position is as deep as 9.1m, and one-shot concrete pouring quantity is more than 10,000m3. During massive concrete pouring, the lowest temperature reaches -20℃. Various measures are adopted, such as concrete mix proportion design, organization, etc., to successfully ice, snow and freezing ensure the construction protection, concrete crack control and production quality massive concrete.
